Policies:
All items listed are subject to availability
at the time your order is received.
All orders are filled on a first come - first serve basis.
For all Clothing items, please be sure to check your sizing carefully.
Manufacturer's each size their apparel differently. We give you as much
information as possibly can, but can not be responsible for how an item fits
and individual. All computers display colors differently.
Colors
may vary in products
but for the most part are accurate as pictured on our site.
When the statement "Order to
Reserve" is listed under an item, this means the item
is not yet in stock. By ordering and reserving this item you are
guaranteed of receiving
the item. However, should you order other items on the same order we
will ship what is currently available and ship the out of stock or order to
receive items as they become available. If we ship in several installments
instead of shipping the order when it is complete and all items are in, you
will incur additional freight charges from what show up on your order form.
If you wish your order held and shipped when complete, please state this in
the comments/special delivery section of the order form. Unless stated on the
order form that you wish the order shipped when complete, items ordered will
be shipped as they become available.
Within 24 hours of you placing and order, we
will email you back a personal confirmation on the status of your order.
Our goal is to ship all "in stock" orders within 24
hours. Please monitor your
email for information concerning your order. We are an E-business and under
ordinary circumstances do not make phone calls to customers concerning the
order they placed. We notify customers by EMAIL.

RETURN POLICY
We will take returns on all in-stock items up to
thirty (30) days of purchase date. In-stock items will be credited for a full
return minus shipping costs. We DO NOT refund the original shipping/handling
fees charged on an order placed when an item needs to be returned. Shipping
charges to return items is at the customers expense. All items must be in the
original package and in the condition in which they were received. Please do
not attempt to return toys that have been played with claiming they are
defective. This will only cost you freight charges to return them back to you.
If you have an item you wish to return and you can return it within the 30 day
time period, please call toll free 800-736-5425 to receive a Return
Authorization Number or email

This is a must if you wish to receive
full credit for an item being returned. After a return authorization #
is given, the item returned must be back in our possession with 14 days of the
return authorization date. Any return that has received a return
authorization number and is returned to us after 14 days of the date that the
return authorization was issued, will be considered voided..
Open your package immediately
upon receiving. Damage to items must be reported within 2 days of delivery to
qualify for any kind of return. Please do not attempt to call after the 2 day
period as we are firm on this policy. Only reports of damaged or broken items
will be considered if call or email has been made within the 2 day period.
This policy protects us from issues where the item was not damaged when
shipped or when received, but damaged after being received by the customer. We
do not give credit for shipping charges on return items unless an error on our
part is made. Clothing sizes vary with each vendors merchandise. Due to the
way different computers load our website, Colors may vary in products but for
the most part are accurate. Indy Tractor tries to put the best description
possible on clothing concerning fabric content and sizing information.
Therefore, if there is any doubt in your mind on whether and item will fit,
you might consider a different item to order as original and return
shipping/handing charges are at the customers expense.
Special order items are
non-returnable - non exchangeable. You credit card will be charged immediately
to reserve special order items.
Sale items are non-returnable - non exchangeable.
By clicking on the
"place order" button, you acknowledge that you have read and
understand Indy Tractor's "How to Order" policies.

PAYMENTS
All payments must be in US funds
Mastercard, Visa and Discover accepted. Money order
are excepted
by orders place through the mail and by phone. Indy Tractor has three
John Deere dealership locations, but all internet and phone orders must be
directed to our Franklin Indiana location. 800-736-5425
All orders processed for
an address in Indiana are subject to 7% sales tax.

BILLING AND SHIPPING
INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE: If you use a PO BOX in the
BILLING INFORMATION, please give us an actual STREET ADDRESS in the SHIPPING
ADDRESS section of the ORDER FORM, unless you are located on a Military Base
or the ONLY item you are ordering is a Gift Certificate. This will speed up
delivery of your Order.
On various items when ordered, it will show
up on the order form in this
format: (item+ $3.00 shipping) This charge is for items that are larger or
heavier
than normal and require additional freight. This is Not a hidden
charge, but
clearly shows up on your order form so you know exactly what you will be
charged. Please select the correct freight charge for the dollar amount
total of your order from the drop down freight button on your order form. If
you should correct the wrong freight/handling charge we will automatically
correct it before charging your card.
When placing an order, please
review your order form before clicking the
"PLACE ORDER NOW" button. Correct shipping addresses are a must!
UPS charges $10.00 for every incorrect shipping address, and $15.00 for express
delivery corrections, whether it is a wrong street number or an
omitted apartment or suite number. This extra charge is charged to us for
incorrect addresses and we pass this charge on to you. If you live in an
apartment or suite and your building doesn't have an office to leave the
package at, you might consider a different shipping address. If UPS calls for
delivery instructions, and you the customer change the delivery address from
what is originally on your order form, UPS is going to charge us
the $10.00
or $15.00
address correction fees. This charge WILL be passed on to you. Consider
carefully where you wish to have your package delivered.
Shipping and handling charges are based on
your total sale.
Orders are shipped UPS ground delivery unless the customer stipulates in the
Comments/Special Delivery Instruction section of the order form to upgrade
shipping to a faster method. Also, please understand, should you upgrade to a
faster shipping method the package will automatically be delivered "
release without a signature" unless you stipulate in the Comments/Special
delivery instruction section of the order form that you wish to sign for the
package with the carrier before receiving. "Releasing a package without a
signature" exempts Indy Tractor LLC from all liability where packages which
the carrier shows delivered are stolen or stated by customer "not
received". If you need to approve the "express shipping" charge
before we ship out your package, please notate in the Comments/Special
Delivery instructions that you need the express freight rate quote before we
ship, otherwise we will figure the express delivery rate that you requested
and add the additional freight charge to your order total and ship. By
requesting an express delivery method rate quote, the processing of your order
is slowed down as we need to wait for you approval of the freight charge. If a
customer refuses to accept delivery from UPS of an order placed through Indy
Tractor, and the package is returned to us by UPS, the customer will be
responsible for the UPS return shipping charge. This amount will be subtracted
off the credit of the returned merchandise. The only time this does not apply
is if the package comes to the customer damaged.
International Orders:
We
will accept orders using an international credit card providing the the
following documents are faxed to us. We need a "Readable" copy of the front
and back of the credit card submitted on the order form. We need a readable
copy of two pieces of ID with the customers name imprinted on. Please fax
this information to 317-534-3119. Also you will be required to submit by
email the 3 digit security code from the back of the credit card submitted
on the order form. If you can not provide the following documents and
information, do not bother to place an order with us. These requirements
help protect both us and our customers from fraudulent internet activity.
The freight/handling chart that appears on our site does not apply to
International orders. We ship all international orders by US Mail. Once the
package has left the United States, the US Postal Service does not accept
any responsibility for undelivered packages, nor do we, Indy Tractor. Once
an order is placed and we have received the above required documents, we
will email customer a total with the freight/handling charge to approve so
that the order can be processed.
Canadian Orders:
We DO SHIP to Canada.
The freight chart that appears on the order form and also at the bottom of
this page does not apply to Canadian Customers. All orders will ship
UPS. Freight/handling are figured on the weight and size of package shipped.
All custom and tariff charges are the responsibility of the Canadian customer.
If you wish a freight/handling quote before we ship the order, please
state this in the comments/special handling section of the order form. If
there is NOT a request for a freight/handling quote, this order will
automatically ship with out notifying customer of the freight/handling charge. Al
orders will ship UPS based on the weight and size of the package shipped.
APO
Orders: The freight chart that
appears on the order form and also at the bottom of this page does not apply
to APO Military Base Orders. All orders placed with a delivery address of an
APO will ship US Mail. The Shipping charge is figured on the weight of the
items shipped and a small handling fee. If you wish a freight/handling quote
before we ship the order, please state this in the comments/special
handling section of the order form. If there is NOT a request for a
freight/handling quote, this order will automatically ship with out notifying
customer of the freight/handling charge.
Alaska and Hawaiian
Orders: The freight chart that
appears on the order form and also at the bottom of this page does not apply
to Alaska and Hawaiian orders. All orders will ship US Postal Service,
Priority Mail.
If you wish a freight/handling quote before we ship the order,
please state this in the comments/special handling section of the order form.
If there is NOT a request for a freight/handling quote, this order will
automatically ship with out notifying customer of the freight/handling charge. All
orders will ship USPS based on the weight and size of the package shipped.
When placing an order and
submitting via our website, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of
our "How to Order" Policies listed on this page of the Indy Tractor

that you wish to upgrade to a faster delivery service. Notate
what service you wish to upgrade to and whether or not your wish a
freight quote from us before we ship out the "upgraded
service" you chose. If you do not ask for a freight quote,
we will automatically upgrade to the delivery method that you have
chosen on your order form and ship without notifying you of the
upgraded charge.
